All of these horses have impacted my life in some way & have taught me how to be the rider I am today.

Shakespeare (aka. Skippy) was owned by Sarah Davis & given to me when she went to college & he became my first horse. He is a Quarter Horse / Arabian Cross. He had a background in Dressage with Sarah, as Sarah was one of my mom's students. He had been doing First Level when I took over the ride on him. We worked our way through the levels & became fairly well known in Region 2. I was able to train him
through Third Level before retiring him in 2004. His most success came in 2003 & 2004. Skippy has by far had the most impact in my riding. He has taught me what it is like to be a strong rider & to teach all of my horses good basics from the ground up. After being retired in 2004, I taught a few little kids how to have the correct position & how to work on their bio-mechanics. Skippy joined horse heaven on March 18, 2012.
